Q1: What’s the Aluminium Composite Material? And what’s this kind of product used for?

A1: Aluminium Composite Material is a kind of building and decorative material made of two thin aluminum skin bonded to a non-aluminum core. It’s known as aluminum composite material in some area. It is mostly used for external cladding or facades of buildings, internal wall decoration and signage filed.

Q2: Where is your factory? And how can I visit you?

A2: Our company was founded in 2000, we are located in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang province, China, which is adjacent to Wenzhou Airport. If you need to transfer flight, 1 hour from Shanghai or 2 hours from Guangzhou to Wenzhou Airport is okay.

Q3: How many production lines do you have?

A3: Our workshop currently have 12 advanced high-speed production lines, including 6 Aluminium Composite Material production lines, 1 A2 Fireproof Aluminum corrugated composite material production line and , 2 coating lines and 3 plastic productionlines .

Q4: What’s your available size of ACM materials?

A4: 1. Width: 1220mm, 1250mm, 1500mm;
       2. Length: upon request, but preferably <5800mm;
       3. Standard size: 1220mm*2440mm (4’ * 8’);
       4. Material thickness: 2mm-6mm;
       5. Aluminum skin thickness: 0.10mm-0.50mm;
       6. Also accept your custom sizes

Q5: Is there a minimum order requirement? How about the payment term and delivery time?

A5: 1. Yes, we set the MOQ accordingly for different ACM models. PE ACM--800 square meters, PVDF ACM--1000 square meters, Special or custom colors ACM--1200 square meters.
       2. Payment term: 30% deposit T/T in advance, 70% balance see copy of B/L.
       3. The delivery time is within 15 working days after you approve the colors and confirm the PI and we receive the deposit money.

Q6: Is it possible to arrange and produce by using our logo?

A6: Yes, trademark OEM is acceptable. Please provide us with your brand first, and then we will make several logo designs for you to choose from. Within two years, you will be charged an additional $800 for your first order and $800 will be refunded for your 10th order

Q7: How about the guarantee time for ACM materials?

A7: PVDF coating for the exterior use, which has an excellent weather resistance, 15-years guarantee time; PE coating for interior use, 10-years guarantee time; PE coating for exterior use, 5-years guarantee time. But we don’t take any responsibility for any damage caused by humans.
